Please help ! I have a laptop "Windows vista , ddr2 ram type" but now i want to install windows 7 64 bit operating system what would i need to do? should i format my laptop first before installing windows 7? or can i just boot directly my laptop even if is operating system is Windows Vista and then install windows 7 OS, does it overwrite the current system and its program ?
