hi guys, im planning to build a gaming pc. i already have a gigabyte gtx950 oc.
im thinking abt buying an i5 7500 with b250m hd3 mobo.
please tell what you think abt this build. thanks.

Ah I see.
Get that deal with the CPU and mobo, get 8GB of RAM, preferably brand name from either G-Skill or Corsair, and get a good power supply like the S12II from Seasonic or the new CXM from Corsair (Black label, not green).

Ryzen 5 comes out tomorrow and you'll be able to get a 4C/8T processor with basically the same single threaded performance as the i5 7500 for the same price. If I were you I'd be looking at the 1500X, not that the i5 is a bad option though. Do you already have a PSU and hard drives or is the GTX 950 the only thing you already have?

well i can get a good deal for the b250m hd3 + i5 7500, its about $240. and maybe i can sell my 950 to my friend in a month or two. my budget is around $450 for the entire build other than the gpu, ssd, and monitor.

im living in china currently and im pretty sure i wont come out in like 2 to 3 months here. and i can get a good deal for the b250m hd3 + i5 7500 for $240. currently i only have the gtx 950, monitor, and ssd.
thoughts?
