Refreshed Windows 10 - Downloads are horrifically slow now

Title explains the situation. DL's are much slower compared to what they were before I refreshed it. I installed the latest driver for my network adapter, Killer e2200. Is there anything I can do with the killer control center?

Have you tried monitoring your network activity?
It might not be that the device is at fault but that there might be other applications /processes that are using your internet bandwidth.
Check your task manager to see whether any app/process is using your network bandwidth.

Nothing is eating it up in task manager
