Never thought I'd see "low budget pc" and "1080 ti" in the same sentence, but I guess I was wrong lmao. That CPU will be fine if you're playing at 4k, which you should be with a 1080 ti anyways. If you can afford a 1080 ti though and want to play modern games though I feel like you should just get an i7 7700. If you're playing on anything other than 4k60 or 1440p144 it would be better to have a 7700k and a GTX 1080 IMO, the 1080 ti is too much power for lower resolutions.
