My 2017 Rig:
tested for 2hrs...

Ryzen7 1700 - (set to 3.7ghz, 1.2V) - idle=42'c , load test= in progress
Wraith Spire - (set upto 89% - 71'C - load test= in progress
77% - 60'C - load test= in progress
70% - 41'C - avg =2200rpm in smart mode) now running in idle ...

Msi B350 Tomahawk - idle=43'c , load test= in progress
Gskill TridentZ 3200mhz 16gb(8*2) - (set to 2933mhz, 1.35V)
Msi RX 480 Armor 8GB OC - (Normal mode - idle= min 51'C, max 55'C) I don't know this temp in idle is good or bad.....
DEEPCOOL MID TOWER CABINET (ATX) - DUKASE V2
Case Fan - 1 (running at 100% = 1200rpm)
Antec f19 fan - 2 (each running at 100% = 1200 rpm)

WD Black 1tb 7200rpm
Samsung SSD EVO 850 240gb
Arctic MX-4 Thermal Compound
LG 22MP68 22" Full HD IPS SLIM LED MONITOR (1920x1080)
win10 Pro 64bit

My question is, setting 1.2V for 3.7ghz is good or bad and I will upload the load test result....

That's about normal don't go any further on the stock cooler. I've goofed with 3 1700s all 3 hit 3.6 at that voltage on the stock cooler 2/3 got 3.7 at 1.21 or less and we're okay on stock. None of them could keep cool under load at 3.8 on the stock cooler. (I expected this was just playing with new stuff on clients dimes) I suspect you could get 3.9-4.0 out of that chip with better cooling but it's probably not worth the money for such a small gain. The one I had that hit 3.7 at 1.19 would do 4.0 at 1.32
