Don't know about it's age of course, but I do know it's a piece of cheap junk which should never have been used in the first place.

It's even hard to find any info on that PSU brand, so that alone tells you it's one to avoid.

You're very lucky if it hasn't killed your GPU or and/or other components when it blew up, or may be it has?
You won't know until you install a new. quality brand PSU and fire it up.

Buying a PSU with sufficient wattage is one thing, but it's not as simple as that.
That's why many members come here to ask advice before they buy one, it's the kind of question we get asked several times a day.

Start a new thread if you want advice on a replacement PSU, but remember to include full system specs of your PC.
