I have two pc and the one pc has to be internet connection and another pc doesn't have internet connection.and also i have a ethernet cable how to share one pc's internet to another pc

On the PC with Internet connection, you should have two Ethernet interfaces (eg, one WiFi, one wired). Then, on the interface where Internet is coming from (in your case, this seems to be WiFi), enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing). Configure other PC for automatic settings.
