I think AMD is saying it's the game developers who need to optimize the games more for AMD processors.

Oh yeah.. Because in that video I noticed a comment saying that Intel's processors had 99% CPU usage most of the time while Ryzen 5 1400 was at 70%. So it's definitely an optimization problem.
