Hello everyone,
This is my second time posting here, so I hope that I'm doing it right.
I have somewhat recently bought my first gaming pc and while I was expecting 60 stable fps in most game I seem to have screen tearings and constant fps drops.
I tried running all kinds of benchmarks and tests and the last test that I did was a UserBenchmark test which gave me the following results
UserBenchmarks: Game 82%, Desk 64%, Work 48%
CPU: Intel Core i7-3820 - 62.2%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 - 94%
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 250GB - 88.7%
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 C9 4x8GB - 77.8%
MBD: Asus P9X79 LE
I tend to play games such a Vindictus, Dragon's Dogma and Lineage2 so I dont get what my system is missing in order to play these games at 60 fps.
I get on medium graphix in Vindictus 54 fps but with constant drops to 9fps back to 50 back to 24fps and so on during the whole game, even while sitting in town...
Could anyone please help shed some light on the matter?
I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to pc setups, and I was under the impression that my pc was quite powerfull... ughh... I don't understand why the gods of 60fps have forsaken me
