Headphones popping randomly

I have some headphones that worked when had a windows 7 machine and now i got a windows 10 machine and they pop from time to time can someone help me

Do they only pop when gaming? What happens with youtube videos or music/videos anywhere else? Have you updated the drivers to your pc lately?

Find a way to isolate the problem, have you tried a different port on your PC? plug them into a TV or phone/tablet and see if they pop there too.

If they pop while listening on a different device like your TV, then its the headphones, the speakers on them are busted. If they do not pop then its something with your PC. If it is on your PC, update drivers, clean the headphone jack and the inside of your computer with compressed air.
