Is this a damaged cpu pin?

Was getting a cpu led on the motherboard. I think this was the reason.

It does seem like that one pin got bent, it is hard to tell from the picture but is the pin completely gone there or is it just bent up slightly?
If its still there I would get a toothpick and gently bend it back and place it back in the socket. If the problem continues to happen I would look more at the board being the issue. This does not seem like bad enough of a bend to cause much problems
