Pc performances for streaming League of Legends

Hello guys I want to buy a new pc for streaming league of legends.
My pc performances
Intel i5 4690 HASWELL
Gigabyte H81M-D3H
ram: Kingston HyperX Fury 1x8GB 1600MHz
hard disk: Seagate 500GB sata 3 6GB/s 7200rpm
graphic card : Gigabyte Radeon R7 370 OC WindForce 2GB DDR5 256bit DX11+
Will I be able to stream 720p with these performances ?

Yes but you don't need a 7600K really unless you are overclocking and then you want a higher end motherboard. A non-K model is fine for you. You should use the saved money to get a better power supply and a solid state hard drive. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093

Graficka karta: Zotac GTX1050TI / GTX 1050TI 4GB
HDD: 500GB WD BLACK
Napajanje: Thermaltake 550W Litepower
Is this setup better ?
