My computer (that i built) won't turn on!

So, I decided to build a budget computer for a friend and it ended up like the photos I took with my [EDIT: shakey] potato MX 2352. When it's connected to a power source and the power supply is on the motherboard glows but the power button does nothing...Any Ideas and yes I have read the guide!!!

Try starting the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the case power button.

See if a fan connected to it does spin.

The power supply is fine. The built in lights on the mobo are on

It's not enough. You want to make sure that it does provide 12V. Have you tested it?

Then it might be a board issue.
Try testing it outside the case and taking a better picture so that connections can be seen. test it with only CPU and CPU fan connected, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected.
