Ryzen 1600 B350 Motherboard compatibility

I was looking at the MSI B350 Tomahawk Motherboard http://
How would this do with the Ryzen 5 1600?

my current specs are :
AMD Radeon RX 460 GDDR5
2x 4GB Ram DDR3
350W PSU

Is DDR3 RAM even compatible with this Motherboard?
will I have to upgrade my PSU as well, if so, what to?

Note; I am a budget PC gamer, I cant afford anything really great right now!

No, DDR3 is not compatible. I would recommend a power supply upgrade, because you have no expansion room with a 350W.
If you are poor, an Intel G4560 and B250 motherboard is the low cost gaming path now. You can then upgrade the CPU when you have $$$.
