internet suddendly stops working in win7

so as the title say, recently i get this really strange problem

internet would randomply stop working, the connection happears to work normaly but browsers just wont load anything

it fixes by itelf restarting the PC BUT, when this does happen for some reason the pc also takes quite some time to shut down, while normaly it's really fast

i really have no idea what could be causing this

pc is also connected via cable not wi-fi

other things like cellphones still works perfectly fine when this happen so it's not the router i think

i have to do this when the problem occours or any moment is fine?

whenever No problem. it is for ipcache reset and flush
no worries to perform any moment.

well for now yes, but as i said the problem would come randomly so i can't really say if is fixed or not

I've been having this issue too... it started a week and a half or so ago. Sometimes my internet will load fine, other times it's taken google.com 25-30 seconds to load as my home page. I'll see the "transferring data from..." at the bottom left and all the work it's doing trying to get to the page. Internet gaming seems fine and my speedtests are normal --> 36 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up. And WiFi on my phone is lightning fast.

I've already tried ipconfig /flushdns

It happens on Firefox and IE, so it's not specific to browser.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

I've turned things off from starting up in the task window.

I completely uninstalled GeForce Experience and the internet seemed fine for a day, but this morning back to google not loading quickly and showing "Google" in plain times new roman font before it loaded the image after 15 or so seconds.

well for now it didn't happen anymore i will call it solved...

hope it doesn't happen again
