Hello everyone,
I'm currently rocking an x4 760k and a gtx 750 ti with no case.
My psu is a generic one, specifically the lead power switching power supply (sfx form factor)
model: lp-650
I am not joking, but for the last 2 years, my PSU has been really quiet (my gtx 750ti's fans are louder), this PSU is heavy compared to my friend's generic one that came with his case (i got mine from ebay as a replacement)
And the PSU NEVER overheated, it stays cool and only gets WARM (not hot) when playing Gta V.

So in total honesty, do you guys think that I should get a new PSU or stick with my generic one.
I'll try to edit the post on my phone to provide pics of the PSU.
Thanks for reading.
Any help or awnsers are appreciated.

Solution
Every PSU is great until it fails. No matter how well the generic unit has lasted you, you are betting against yourself that it will last longer.
The main issue with low quality units is not even the longevity, its how they go about failing (taking itself out, vs killing everything hooked up)

I mean that it doesn't show any signs of failure, is extremely quiet, is heavy and stays cool.
And i've been using it for 2 years now.
So when I mean is that are ALL generic psus that bad? Or did i get lucky and got a decent unit

http://geb.ebay.com/geb///ImportHubViewItem?itemid=321257197774

or like any I see so far that do not let you se the spec labels ??

YA, don't kid yourself

even this one at newegg is just 30 amps on the 12v+

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA5752CF4146

so you got a 360w psu in reality 360w / 12v = 30 amps 650w / 12v = 54 amps
