CPU Temp Ok?

So looking in my bios, it says my CPU is running at 51.5*C. I have a core i7 7700k. My cooler is a Hyper 212 Evo. Is this normal?

You're nowhere near temps that will damage that CPU. I'd use monitoring software though so you can see if the temps spike at all. MSI Afterburner is a good one.

Is the 51.5 under load? Kaby Lake tends to run hot. If you're hitting 75-80 stock clock and your fan curve is set high enough then there might be a problem. But 50's sounds pretty normal for a Kaby Lake.

51.5 is not under load.
