My Geforce GTX 1050 Ti has started having some troubles with games recently. With Counter Strike Global Offensive the screen resolution changes then when closing the game it changes back to normal. Or with Fallout 4 the screen will sometimes go black for around 3 seconds then it will go back to normal. I've used programs to check the power its getting and its temperature and from what i found its all normal. Any idea's to whats going on?

The game is trying to render the game at a smaller resolution so it sets the desktop to that resolution then it scales it to the size of your monitor. You might be able to fix this by going to your graphics settings and change the scaling options.

But to answer your main question, no your video card is perfectly fine. Your video card and game are just having a few hiccups.

For counterstrike it has never done this before and on it the mouse becomes extremely big for the resolution its set to.
