Solution
I'm fairly sure your CPU is below the minimum spec for all those games. While they might run its not going to be a good experience. Your wanting to run the latest high end games on one of the weakest Intel desktop CPU's from nearly 5 years ago. I wouldn't waste any money on the system, if modern games are what you want to play build a modern pc.

the gtx1050 is faster than the rx 460, that is the best card in your list

a good 350w unit
you have an iball sadly that is garbage tier, you will need a new one before you upgrade the gpu

I suggest a 450w unit tier 1 or 2 from this list:

fps depends on the resolution of your monitor

high settings with advanced options off at 1080p it should get ~60fps

BUT this is only after you upgrade your cpu, those games are very cpu demanding you are going to need an i5

thankfully your motherboard supports the i5 3570 and i5 3470

you are also going to want 8gb of ram total

In that case, the 1050 is faster and the fastest of those listed. If you upgrade, the CPU will likely bottleneck the card but, you can try turning down settings that are CPU dependent and enjoy the extra graphics performance. Then save up and get a stronger CPU of that generation.
