Solution
Build looks good but why an i3 6100 + DDR3 RAM + Aftermarket cooler?

Better off getting a Pentium G4560 instead, it offers equal performance for cheaper and on the refreshed socket with DDR4 RAM. Price all up should be equal, the DDR4 and B250 Motherboard might cost a bit more but the G4560 should be cheaper than the i3 6100 to balance it out. You also don't need an aftermarket cooler on locked CPUs, the stock cooler should suffice and save you some cash for other parts. Finally, how much are you paying for that Power Supply? I would recommend swapping it out for something like a SeaSonic S12-II series which are solid for a budget. Hope this helps :)
