Hi,

After using this system from around 2 years, I decide to upgrade. Can you check if this will work or not?

Also I am confused if Ryzen will support DDR4-3200

I will be using this system for mostly editing/rendering.. Also gaming/live streaming time to time.

Ohh.. and I have GTX1060 6GB as GPU

As of right now Ryzen will not support 3200Mhz RAM but it may in the future. I'm not sure what you mean by supports 4 slots? If you mean RAM, yes it supports 4 Dimms. As the post says above do you currently have a power supply? If so if it's from a prebuilt system like Dell or HP you probably won't be able to use it as they make custom PSU that have limited connections to fit with their proprietary motherboards not to mention they're very cheaply made. The only other thing I see that may be an issue is your GPU length. Your case says the maximum length is 13.98 inches make sure it'll fit since you already have the card.

To elaborate, yep, get 3200 ram. 2933 is ~easily achieved, & expect better clocks on u ram soon. be happy w/ that & wait for drivers to evolve a bit.

NB, to get top ram clocks, stick to 2 sticks of ram on the mobo makers approved list - probably 2x8gb.

Personally, i would mark time on gpu decision till ryzens sister latest gen gpu arrives. Borrow an older one for a few months.
