Dell Optiplex 7020 Mini Tower good for gaming?

Was wondering if this pc would make a good gaming pc?

What I'm looking at has
I5-4590
8gb ram

I would be getting either a 1050ti 4gb or 1060ti 6gb not sure yet.
Would be upgrading the psu too.

Also would I encounter any problems upgrading any of the hardware?

The reason I'm looking at this pc is because I can get it for about $150 locally.

OEM Motherboard may have issues running the card, make sure you check for a BIOS update for it. You may need to run last gen video cards. No way to really know without trying the card since I'm sure Dell support won't be able to tell you. The card vendor may be able to though, you can check with them.
