High Fps But Game Is Lagging

i got a problem which is im getting 80+ fps on 144hz monitor and 144hz in game settings too vsync off but i feel like im playing on 30 fps even i got 80+ fps normal gpu cpu usage normal temps but i dont know what is casuing this problem i hope i can get some help , sepcs :
GPU : GTX Asus Strix 1080 A8G
CPU : Core i7 6700K
CPU Cooler : Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard : MSI Z170A Gaming M3
Powersupply : Corsair CS850M
HDD : WD 1TB Black
SSD : Samsung 750 Evo 250GB
Monitor : ASUS VG248QE

I'm not sure what your issue is. If I understand your post, you are achieving high FPS in game and your monitor can handle it and is rendering it correctly but you feel like it's slow? It doesn't sound like there is an actual problem - just your perception. What exactly is occurring to lead you to believe that there is an issue?

my problem is thats im getting 80+ fps in games but i feel like im playing in 30 fps the game not smooth at all

i feel liek that almost in every game except h1z1 i think so i really hope to find a fix for it , but now i just lost the hope and im playing like normal like its nothing
