BSOD When Gaming: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

the older bugchech was in Symantec Heuristics Driver
C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Security\NortonData\22.5.0.124\Definitions\BASHDefs\20170327.001\BHDrvx64.sys

but the stack was corrupted so it might just be a victim of data corruption rather than the cause. (looks like you have a bad overclock in this memory dump also)
and some problem with your computer sleep functions.
(remove overclock, check msi for a BIOS and motherboard driver updates)
-------
you should also apply all of your motherboard vendors windows 10 driver updates to avoid various issues.

------
first bugcheck looks like a bad overclock problem
I would remove RTCore64.sys

Just to clarify - are you referring to the cpu overclock or the gpu overclock?

you would remove both overclocks.
CPU overclock can directly cause overheating.
a GPU overclock can cause the GPU to pull too much power from the motherboard and cause the voltage to the CPU to fluctuate.

I would remove both, but the direct CPU overclock is the more likely cause of this problem.
4600MHz for a cpu spec at max turbo of 4.2GHZ
