Black screen with green dots

Brothers.
I was using my pc well. But the next time i started it it showed black screen on login screen(means saw nothing) with green dots.My only option was to reset the windows i did it. after that when i was installing the nvidia driver screen went black and then green dots appear then green lines then again dots and things like that.
I had to restart my pc and it would show me the reset windows again??
Any help??

Guys my bro was playing gta V and happened and he turned it off then.When i came in the evening he told me and i started my pc nothing happened.So i played watchdogs for an hour on ultra without any problem even though that problem had happened with him. But the next time i started my pc that happened.Any kind of thing going in your mind?
Checkes my gpu through bios the tests went well. So now what?
