How to connect a 3-pin fan to a 2-pin source I am replacing a wine cooler fan KERONG DC brushless fan 12 volt DC model DF0922512SEL2b which is a 2-pin with a NOCTUA NF-A9FLX which comes with a 3-pin connector

Sounds like the cooler requires a thermostatically controlled fan. This one will be constant running if you connect it up. If that's how you want it, then fine. You can get a converter lead to convert the three pin plug to two.
