Hi all,

My old Zotac GTX 560 died a few months back and so I bought a new GPU to replace it. I upgraded to a more powerful GPU that I plan to pair with a new motherboard and CPU within the next 3 months or so. With the new GPU, I can play old games with no issues, I can run furmark and OCCT with no issues but when I play newer games (FFXIV and Overwatch) the PC reboots with no blue screen. If I lower the video settings in newer games to lowest I can run the game for a longer period of time before a reboot (Overwatch reboots within 5 mins on Ultra but about 30-40mins on low).

System:

Motherboard: Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
Processor: AMD FX-6300
New GPU: Asus Dual Fan OC RX 480 8 gb
RAM: 8 gb Corsair (i forget the rest)
Case: Silverstone Sugo SG09
PSU: Was the silverstone PSU that can with the case, replaced with EVGA Supernova G3 650W
OS: Windows 10 64bit
HDD and SSD

Things I have tried/looked at:

1. Replaced my PSU with a new EVGA model that is supposed to be good quality

2. Confirmed all wires are connected properly, everything is seated properly on motherboard

3. Tested GPU with furmark and OCCT. Monitored CPU and GPU temps. GPU gets up to about 67 C when really stressed, CPU goes into the mid 50s.

4. Ran memtest through windows 10, no issues.

5. Used DDU to remove old display drivers.

6. My motherboard has no bios updates to install.

7. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling motherboard audio, network drivers. I'm not sure how to remove and reinstall all the motherboard drivers but I had read that as a potential solution.

8. Restored Bios to default settings, no overclocking is currently setup.

Thanks for any advice you may have.
