Is this a good build for a gaming PC less than $1300 USD?

I want a PC for playing modern games at max settings, 1080p, 60fps. I'd like it to last a few years before upgrading. I am new to this, and I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you for your time.

Solution
There are few things that u might change. 1 no such gaming boost will be experienced by using a ssd.2. U don't need a 100$ case to have a gr8 gaming experience 3. U said u not gonna upgrade it for few years so i would suggest going for an r5 1500 instead of i5 7600k, coz it will cost less and upcoming dx 12 games will use more than 4 threads so 1500 could even out perform i5 in future. So by not buying these things u could save some money and use to buy a gtx 1070 instead. Coz a gtx 1070 will be more future proof and we've all seen how well gtx 670 a 2012 card still performs will modern title. So rest is up to u I just pointed out few things which are totally unnecessary. May the father of video games guide u.

This setup is not for overclocking due to the locked Z170 motherboard and CPU, but with 1070 I think it will have some fun with you

That's a very nice build. Congratulations, buddy. You should be able to play AAA intensive games such as BF1, GTA V etc. at high settings without much of a problem at all. My advice for making the PC last longer is to clean it regularly, ensure no dust gets in, and ya.

Hope this helps! :)
