How to update and run diagnostics on MSI Z97 Gaming 5 mobo?

When I download the latest BIOS update, I am not sure exactly how to install it. Also how do I run a diagnostics test from it? I've been having a problem where the PC randomly reboots and think it may be a hardware issue.

That is usually heat or bad PSU I would start their first a bad flash will brick your board.
Example PC cuts off during the flash = bricked board.

How can I see if it's the PSU? Also what is the "flash"?

My BIOS is the latest version, I checked. Usually when it turns off and on it's a few minutes after I've logged in, or sometimes even as it's in the middle of booting up. It's random, sometimes I just let it sit there to see if it crashes, sometimes I'll try to open programs, web browsers, etc and it still crashes. Sometimes I can use it just fine with no crashes.

https://gyazo.com/b0026c958b7a051d1084375fc5fc815a This list is outdated, the things that have changed is I now have an EVGA GTX 1070 superclocked, I ordered the same memory to give myself 16, so I have 4 sticks in my MOBO, have a 3TB HDD, same brand I think, and running Windows 10.
