I've had this issue for years where my wifi download speeds often drop to below 1 mb from over 50 mb which is what our previous plan covered. My desktop pc seems to have the most issues; rest of the family only has apple products, and they seem to have much less problems. I had the same problems with Windows 7 and now again with Windows 10. I've updated all relevant firmware, and even upgraded some hardware. We've been through 3 different modem/routers, and we've just switched ISP's, issue persists. The landlined pc seems to always work fine though.

I haven't tried reformatting my computer, I'd really like to keep that as a last resort, so I decided to seek help here first. I can provide any needed additional information. I'm at my wits end, any help would be great. Thanks
