built pic stuck on fast boot need bios before it will load

I have rebuild my computer. It says I need to load Bios by pressing F2 before I can do anything. My pic is set to fast boot so I have no use of my keyboard until it loads up, which it won't so I'm stuck here. Help please.

I have answered my own problem. I was digging around my garage and found an old PS2 keyboard I plugged it in and I was able to access bios. I was trying to use a USB one before.
