Hi.
For a long time now, my steam has been downloading incredibly slow, fx. i tried to download PayDay 2 and i started at 22.09 then i left my computer with no apps running and no one else in the building to use the internet. Then i checked in again at 01.00 and it had downloaded 300mb, which means my pc downloaded 300mb in 3 hours. But when i download games on Origin and Battle.net it downloads pretty fast (it downloaded OverWatch in about 30 min.1hour) It would be great if someone could help.
