First builder looking for a cooler for overclocking i5-7600K

I'm trying to decide if I should go with a Cryorig H5, H7, Scythe Mugen 5, or something else. Any suggestions would be great. Don't want to spend much over $50 unless necessary. Thanks!

Thanks. What size psu do you recommend if im planning on running that cpu with a 1070? I have a 550 Seasonic Gold already, but wondering if I need more than that. I think the EVGA 650 goes for like $5 more. But I'm reading some bad reviews about the EVGA now, despite it's popularity....
