intel cpu+nvidia gpu vs amd cpu+nvidia gpu power usage

As stated on the title. I really need to think abt power usage for my pc.
As far as i know, intel and nvidia have the optimus tech so it can save more power.
does amd and nvidia can do the same?

I know that they have the same TDP.
Nvidia optimus balanced usage of integrated graphics and dedicated graphics so it uses less power.
What im asking is what abt the amd ones, bc they dont have an integrated graphics with it, so im guessing that the dedicated graphics will always be used right, so i uses more power, isnt it?
