How to control multiple fans speed automatically?

I have this main board https://vn.msi.com/Motherboard/B250I-GAMING-PRO-AC.html#productSpecification-section

And I'm planning to buy:
3 x NZXT Aer RGB120 61.4 CFM 120mm
2 x Noctua NF-A14 industrialPPC-3000 PWM 158.5 CFM 140mm

The problem is I want to have full control of fan speed of all these fans but the mother board is only have one 4-pin CPU fan connector.

I'm thinking about the solution is buy this http://silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=526&area=en and come out with some question...

Is buy the fan hub solve my problem?
Connect five fans to one connector cause any problem?
Is there any other solution?

With fan hub, all your fans run in sync. It means when you change from BIOS or software the SYS_FAN header speed then all fans follow the set PWM signal. This can cause issues since AER120 RGB fans are rated for 500 RPM to 1500 RPM while Noctua fans are rated for 800 RPM to 3000 RPM.

If you have one 5.25" external bay and for absolute control, go for a fan controller instead,

Fan controller enables you to control each fan separately and independently from the MoBo.

Oh, you'll also need HUE+ if you want to control the LEDs of AER120 RGB fans,
