Which graphics card is best for me?

My specs are :-
Ram : 8gb
Processor : intel i3 540 1st gen. 3.07 ghz
Mobo: DH55TC
Psu : iball 400 w
Screen resolution : 1600x900
Im planning to buy graphics card which can run gta 5, watch dogs 2 , witcher 3 ,etc. in around 30 fps or above in at least 720p or more. Please help!!!

1050ti is even better, it will work just fine with your build, takes around the same amount of watts as the 1050 non ti. I'd say its a pretty good match.

If you are on a budget, a used GTX 750ti, or newer a GTX 950 or GTX 960 will get what you want and it a good match for that CPU from Nvidia and should work just fine with the PSU.

HD 7770 or a R7 260 or R5 360 from AMD and should work with your PSU.

The newest Nvidia card I recommend would be the GTX 1050, it is capable of 1080p gaming and will play games at you're native 1600x900 res with no issues.

Your PSU is a bit questionable, but I don't see why a 1050 wouldn't run on it.

My buget is around 250 dollars . Should my specs can run gtx 1050 ti ? Is this enough to play gta 5 for about more than 30 fps in my native resolution at medium or high settings ?
