Did My GTX 1050ti Get BottleNecked By My AMD Processor?

So, despite all the warnings, I bought myself a gtx 1050ti. I've asked the store owner, employees and technicians if my 5 years old PC was still compatible with a gtx 1050ti. Well, they said yes, but with a possibility that it'll be bottlenecked by the processor since it's also very old.

My computer is a Redfox FM2 A55M with an AMD “TRINITY” A10-5800K 4x3.8GHz processor.

I was thinking of buying a new motherboard+processor since both of 'em may be the problem, but since I'm on a budget, I prefer not to.

Yes it will most in most applications, for a new budget combo i would suggest a Pentium G4560 + A cheap B250 Motherboard, this should only be just over $100 USD. Note you will need DDR4 RAM as well. They are solid performers for a budget and would be a good pairing with your 1050 Ti. Hope this helps :)

What a coincidence. Was just looking at the G4560 and the B250M. I'm already trying to contact my technician friends and stores in search for the lowest price possible. In addition, this list makes things easier. Thank you!
