My keyboard's left alt, left shift and 'D' suddenly stopped working. I've tried reinstalling synapse, creating a new profile, deleting all macros, and plugging it into another computer, but none of those worked. This keyboard isn't under warranty anymore, so I couldn't ask for RMA.

Did that as well. The keys and switches looks fine to me just like the rest of the keys..

It seems that it is indeed an issue with Razer Synapse. Uninstalling and reinstalling it might work, but I found simply disabling the problem key, saving it, then setting it back to default and saving it, fixes the issue. It has to be disable though; I tried changing it to another function first and then back to default and that didn't work. Fully disable the key, then re-enable it using Razer Synapse, no uninstall, reboot, reconnect, or driver fixes necessary.

another fix seems to be just press the function key but it doesn't say which

Think i had a 2013, it died in 2016... maybe they just stop working after 3 years, just after warranty stops. Or it could be a coincidence.

Tried that too, but to no avail. Looks like those 3 keys are dead for good. I give up.
