Why my 9800GT is DDR3 in gpu types DDR2?

Solution
As mentioned above there were odd 9800GT.

Honestly that card is so old I wouldn't worry about it. Even a 256bit DDR3 9800GT would be considered low end. I don't follow IGPs, but I bet the IGP found in today's CPUs are faster than any 9800GT. It's old. If you want something faster you need to buy a new card.

Colorful released a couple horribly stripped down 9800 GTs in early 2009, underclocked, with worse RAM, with an awful cooler. You appear to have one of them, so it looks absolutely normal. These crippled 9800 GTs weren't good GPUs in 2009, so you can imagine what performance you'll get out of them in 2017.

im having a hard time finding this card, any card that I find from colorful with 1GB of memory have 256 Bit bus not 128.

According to Gforce.com the 9800gt never came in ddr2 format, you would have to drop down to the 9500 gt where they made a Gddr3 and DDR2 card. Even GPUreview shows that they only made a Gddr3 card not a DDR2

(Found this just after I posted)

I believe they released one with more of the same underpowered RAM in the spring. But it's been nearly a decade.

They would've been hard-pressed to sell them over here. The OEMs already had their crippled basic GPU solutions for the low-end rigs and I can't imagine this GPU having much interest otherwise here.

You can find just as many links that say the opposite.

http://xtreview.com/addcomment-id-8332-view-colorful-low-end-geforce-9800-gt.html

Not to mention Colorful's description of their GPU.

"Model Colorful GF9800GT 512M DDR2 M25 formed on a red PCB design and custom fitted to the original design of the active air-cooling system, including the presence of a round aluminum radiator and installed in the center of the fan with a translucent blue impeller. This novelty has 112 stream processors, uses the PCI Express bus 2. 0 x16 and compatible with DirectX 10. 0 Shader Model 4. 0. With respect to the communication capabilities products, they are represented on the back cover removed ports DVI, D-Sub and HDMI."

Among others. Plus, you have that GPU in hand and it's detecting as DDR2, which is a pretty good indication that the DD2 references are correct, not the DDR3 references.

Even if it's *supposed* to have DDR3 memory -- and I've seen many indications that it does not -- there would be absolutely nothing you could do to remedy the situation at this point.
