Solution
Did you buy the 2 RAM sticks as a kit? If so, they will have been tested together and known to work together. If not purchased as a kit, they may work well together, or maybe not. The only way to know is install them both and do what you normally do on your computer to test.

Enabling dual channel is normally a setting in your BIOS. You will have to search around in the BIOS menu to find it. Some motherboards may automatically enable dual channel if 2 RAM sticks are detected, provided you have the sticks installed in the correct slots. Check your motherboard's manual for this. If you have 4 RAM slots, normally they will be 2 different colors. Insert the RAM into the same colored slots.
