I had 8GB of ram before and now i have 4GB of ram

So this happened a long time ago when i used to have 8GB of ram and now i have 4GB of ram. I just didn't think it was a problem since i had no problems on gaming. Then i started getting blue sceen of deaths and crashes. Heres a screenshot of what i mean http://imgur.com/a/pXt35

when you boot to bios, what amount of ram does it register
also could you tell us
make/model of computer (if a brand name like HP/Dell)
or
make/model of motherboard, ram, cpu, power supply

Turn on your PC and in most cases repeatedly hit F2 or F12 button before "Starting Windows" screen.
