Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and have a noob question.
I'm building my first gaming/workstation pc, i'm doing it on a budget so I have decided to use an AMD fx-8320 (or maybe fx-8350 without overclocking) and I need a motherboard for it.

I don't need a fancy motherboard, just a good quality ATX motherboard with crossfire that will supply enough power to an fx-8320. I would also prefer it to have at least 4 ram slots for future expansion.

(preferably AMD 990 chipset so I don't have to upgrade the bios, but 970 might work)

If anyone has any ideas for a decent am3+ gaming motherboard under £100 (british pounds) on newegg, please tell me.

P.S I'm also looking for a budget PSU, I will be paiting the fx 8320 with an rx 480 4gb card.

Sorry for the poor formatting, thanks.

I know its an outdated cpu, but I'm not looking for max performance.
I'm probably going to be playing;
cs:go
arma 3(low settings)
assetto corsa
rfactor + rfactor 2

Fair enough, do you have a suggestion for a cheaper cpu, preferably not dual core. One that wont bottleneck an rx480

i was looking at the i5, it looks like a good option. The ryzen might also be an option, although I thought it was more expensive. thanks

My overall budget is about £750, I will include my pcpartpicker list below.
Please feel free to pick apart my list and make suggestions, for instance, will I need such an expensive wireless card?

if you can make any improvements to my list or can suggest cheaper, but decent alternatives to any component, please do not hesitate.

P.S all custom prices on my list are from newegg.
