Yes, it supports 2133MHz.
2133MHz is essentially the 'base line' for DDR4, with higher speeds essentially being factory overclocks.

2133MHz is supported across the board.
2400MHz is supported (initially) with a 7th Gen chip.
Beyond that, everything else (2800, 3000, 3200, 3600 & 3800MHz) are supported - but only once the XMP profiles are enabled. Every DDR4 system will boot up showing 2133MHz initially.
