Looking for perfect numbers of ghz and Volt to my ambient temperature

Blender test 1 : fail
3.7ghz - 1.1750V
dram-2933mhz - 1.35v
temp idle - 40'C , load - 77'c shut's down (and here what should I do, I am confused, shutting down is obvious or its a bad sign)
Room temp (even no ceiling fan or AC running) - around 34'C
Render = 150 , Time = n/a

Blender test 2 : success
3.650ghz - 1.1750V

Solution
Yeah, the stock cooler is good, but if you're already starting in a 34 degree room, I think a more aggressive cooling solution is in order. You're essentially starting off 12 degrees warmer than room temperature.

There's no set number you can hit, the silicon lottery can vary. It's something that you have to find incrementally.

It's shutting down because your Temps are too high, you need to remount the cooler, trying to keep it as flat as possible, or get another cooler, the stock cooler is quite a good one, so something is not right there, as loads are people are hitting 3.7ghz safely with that cooler.

Set core voltages to normal instead of auto.
