Whenever I bring up overwatch in fullscreen, my monitor blinks black then says "Input - DP 60" and the game locks at 60 FPS. When I minimize or close the game, the screen blinks again then says "Input - DP 144". If I change settings to windowed, it shows "Input - DP 144".
The In game FPS counter shows "60 ..." not sure what the ellipses mean.
I have a Nixeus Vue 24”B 30-144hz 1920x1080 LED AMD Freesync Monitor. I also have a dual monitor setup.

Any idea what's going on? (I think this has been going on since I installed the Win 10 creators update to try out game mode)
