How does the fan controller that comes with the Phanteks 400s TGE work?

So I am about to order the 400s, and it says that it comes with a fan controller, will that look like this; http://www.acousticpc.com/images/a_zalman_zm-mfc1_fan_controller_back_view.jpg

The reason I am wondering this is because I have 4 fans, and the mobo only comes with 3 fan headers..
Should I worry, or should I just lay back and wait for my perfect build?
Oh, and will the fan connector on the fan controller be 3 or 4 pin?

The fan controller is a 3 speed, probably operating at 5 or 7, 9 and 12 volt. U can not choose the exact speed of the fans! You can use either 3 or 4 pin fans.

Edit: If you want to use the motherboard for all fans you can buy a fan y-splitter and connect 2 fans to 1 fan header.

So I can use the 4-pin be quiet fans, AND the included 3-pin fans, and is there a limited amount of fans?

Yes, u can use the 4 pin. The fan controller is limited to 3 fans at stock but you can probably run 2 fans on 1 cable if u use a splitter.
