Clock speed dropping a lot under load

I recently overclocked my FX 6300 to 4.3 Ghz and it is running stable without crashes. But when i put the CPU under load, i see that the clock rate is sometimes dropping to 3 Ghz. I have disabled all powersaving settings i could find including "Cool and quite" in the BIOS.
Nothing seems to fix the problem and i am beginning to wonder if it is even possible to change this.

Yeah, the voltage drops with the clockrate, i thought this might have been the problem so i messed around a bit with the LLC but it didnt seem to change anything, except the voltage was higher...

BTW, when i go for higher clock speeds, and voltage, the clock speed will sometimes drop to 1.4 Ghz.. Because of this i would think it has something to do with the heat

Yeah everything is well taken care of and the temps dont go above 60C unless i go over the 4.3GHz
