So, first of all, I made a short video (8 seconds) to show you what my problem is instead of trying to explain it:

So I noticed while playing mass effect Andromeda that when I evade, and ONLY when I evade, the bottom of the screen screws up. At first, I thought it was a strange glitch, but then I realized that would be VERY strange, but my screen never does that when doing anything else. So I can't see it being hardware. Also, the fact that the screen recorder see's it suggests to me that its the game, but I'm not sure how all that works exactly.
Do you guys have any ideas?
