I have just ordered all the parts needed for me to build my first PC!

Will this PC be able to run any modern day games?

Where are you getting those parts from? It's a fairly outdated system, if you don't mind how much did you pay for everything?

For everything it only costed around 250-300. (Excluding hard-drive, monitor, and windows 10 pro)

The price went up because the motherboard was the most expensive thing i bought believe it or not.

While some of the parts are decent the only thing that's concerning for newer games is that GPU but also that PSU built into the case. I can't imagine it to be a good quality PSU.

I would probably look into getting a better PSU such as the Corsair CXM 450 and maybe getting a GTX 1050 ti or better.
