Power supply 3.3V output drop - why

My computer runs great but has begun to crash to reboot in the middle of playing Civ 6, which it never used to do. I ran a log and it revealed a drop in the 3.3V output to about 2.8V just before the crash. What's happening? Is my PS going out?

Voltage is detected and measured on the MB, not directly on the PSU, so it could be that MB is not regulating enough. Only way to check it is to use voltmeter directly on PSU leads.
